Refunds / Returns

  • Feel confident shopping with us, knowing we gladly accept returns for unused items in their original packaging!

    Procedure to place return request

    • You can e-mail us at care@dressesforwomen.in within 3 to 4 days from the date of delivery.
    • Include the order number in the subject line for lightning-fast returns!
    • We'll start the return pickup and send a return label to your email. Our agent will collect the shipment (our agent pick-up is available all over India, with 90% of pin-codes in service).
    • An exhilarating attempt at agent pickup will occur within a limited time frame of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of label generation.
    • Prepare the shipment before our fearless agent attempts pickup.
    • If return pickup is not available in your pin-code area, we request that you return the shipment through any courier to us.
    • Your reimbursement won't cover shipping costs or any promotional vouchers utilized during the order.


    How are items packaged?

    • Repack the products with the same audacity as the original packaging!
    • Make sure every returned item is securely and safely packed to eliminate any possibility of loss or damage during transit!
    • Grab hold of the return shipping label we send by mail. Seize it and apply it boldly to the parcel!


    Refunds (if applicable)

     

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you to let you know that we have received your item. We'll also inform you about the status of your refund.
    • Once approved, your refund will be swiftly processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account within a certain timeframe.

      In specific cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)

       

      • If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control
      • Ensure that the shipping labels are affixed and visible on the shipment during pickup


      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

       

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@dressesforwomen.in.


      Sale items (if applicable)

       

      • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


      Exchanges (if applicable)

      Gifts

       

      • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
      • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
